Return and Refund Policy

  • Return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed. Please contact us to receive your RA number.
  • All returns must be received in new condition.
  • You cannot purchase something by accident!
  • CANCELLATIONS: YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.
  • No refunds on shipping charges.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping & Returns

  • All physical products will have freight charges added. Freight charges are based on weight, class, accessorial fees, and delivery zip code.
  • In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Tracking numbers will be available when products are shipped using a trackable service.
