Thank you for your continued participation in the CheckMark consultant Program.

As part of the launch of our new website, we have streamlined the renewal process. Just follow the steps listed below to complete your renewal:

Sign in with your registered email and password here: Sign In page.
If you haven't signed in previously, sign in with your registered email and customer number. You will be prompted to set a new password which you should use to sign in in the future.
Purchase the renewal from the online store and complete your transaction.
When the transaction is complete, download the Membership Renewal Form, complete the application, read the agreement carefully, sign and return it to CheckMark, Inc. by e-mail, fax or mail. You can also electronically sign the membership form.
That’s it! You are good to go!
