Professional Support

Some customers need only occasional help with their software. Professional support gives you 12 months of phone, E-mail, and fax support for all CheckMark products up to 90 minutes, whichever comes first. Online access to program fixes, as they become available, is also included.

Installation Only Support

Installation Only Support offers assistance with installing and running the update for the first time. It is Intended for expert users who are comfortable with the software and have advanced knowledge of payroll and accounting. We do not recommend this plan for most customers.
