The MultiLedger 7.2 Patch is a Zip (.zip) file. You may need to decode the file after it has been downloaded to your hard drive.
To run the Patch once it's downloaded to your hard drive, double-click on the ML7.2.2 Patch icon. The Patch will search your drive for your old version of MultiLedger 7.2. Once it is found, click Update. When the update is complete, click Quit. To verify that you have correctly updated, open MultiLedger as you normally would, then choose About MultiLedger from the MultiLedger menu. The version should be 7.2.2.
Please note: You need at least version 7.2 of MultiLedger for Macintosh in order to run the patch.

You can either run the patch from the website or download it to a location on your hard drive.
If you choose to run the patch from the website, please make sure your MultiLedger program is not open. If you choose to download the patch, please save it to a location other than your MultiLedger folder, such as your desktop.
Once you have completed downloading the patch, double-click the file ML_Patch_7_2_2.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have run the patch, open your payroll as you normally would, then verify that you are using the most current version by choosing About MultiLedger from the Help menu. The version should be 7.2.2.
