Payroll Users - PLEASE READ BELOW

The new Payroll 8.2 comes with a new database to help manage and run your payroll(s) more efficiently.

New Payroll Company Conversion Wizard If you're planning on updating prior Payroll information, you must run the Payroll Company Conversion Wizard first. Click here for more information regarding the Company Conversion Wizard

Database Manager Once you're Payroll files have been converted, or if you start a new company, all Payroll information is saved into a new database file. Click here for more information regarding the new Payroll Database Manager For information on managing a database and the stored Payroll information, check out the Database Manager section in the payroll manual located under the Help menu in the program.

MultiLedger users running versions 7.0, 7.1, & 7.2 can keep up to 30 months open, and then must close the year.

MultiLedger versions 7.0, 7.1, & 7.2 allow you to keep up to 30 months open. Users running on a calendar year that still showing 2008 in their period column will need to close year 2008 before entering transactions for the month of July 2010. Information about the Close Year procedure can be found in your MultiLedger manual under the Help menu in your program and in both the Knowledge Base and Tutorials located on the support page on this site.
